In chinese, we have dis phrase call
xiang jian rong yi, xiang chu nan.
which means..
its easy to have fun together for a couple of hour, but when it comes to living under one roof, its another story.
well.. its rather true.
why did i say so.
my cousin, monkey ting ting, stayed over for a night at our hse last time.
she 'check in' to our hse ytd at ard 3plus.
and she left a few couple of hours ago. at around 6.40pm.
within this 27hours, i see the TRUE color of her man.
for the first few hours of having her around.
its real fun.
we watch tv tgt, girls talk, had our dinner together.
and after the meal, me, sis, mum and her went to take a walk at the Sky Garden located at the 4th floor of my condo.
at the Sky Garden, dere are dis 2 plot of lands,
for the resident to plant watever they like.
ofcos, u have to rent, queue up and eryting.
but i tink the land is rented to u for free.
we were walkin ard when we saw dis nice papaya tree..
with riped papaya on it !!
nice orange in color, fully riped papaya.
as usual, the cheeky us wanted to pluck it out.
but mum stopped us.
so the four of us were standing in front of the papaya tree, admiring the fruits and discussing whether to or not to get a piece of land of urself too.
as we were talking, i notice monkey ting ting was stretching out her hands to touch the papaya.
SUDDENLY !!!
the papaya came off.
we were so shock.
we ran off, while laughing our heads off and with the papaya hide under ting ting's shirt.
WOW man !!
the papaya is SWEET, FRESH and DELICIOUS !!!
there are banana (guan sheng) trees too !!
he he he !!
monkey loves banana.
our next target...
anyway, my main point here is..
we had fun for the first few hours..
early dis morn, we wanted to go swimming.
we lend her my sis swimming suit.
and duno for wat reason, she pulled the string of the swimming suit out.
my sis blood was boiling.
luckily i have an extra swim suit to spare.
back from the pool, after bath..
she threw the dirty clothes and towel on and underneath my bed respectively.
GRR !!!
in the late afternoon, when its suppose to be the study time.
she was in the living room, doing her maths.
i decided to take a look at her.
and to my horror.
u noe all the dust of an eraser?
she threw them all ON THE FLOOR !!
wat the...
i understand that she has a maid at home since young.
but aiyo..
isnt it abit too much.
i'm dead sure all dis habits are due to the fact that she has a maid since young.
she need not do any house work.
back at home, she can just throw her laundry on the bed and the nxt moment, her maid wil clear it away.
she can throw all the eraser dust anywhere she like and nxt moment, they are gone. the place is as clean as before.
i'm not sayin having a maid is bad.
but atleast...
teach ur child the basic knowledge of clearing up their own mess.
