why some time, people are not able to achieve sth.
or do sth successfully.
there are no any other reasons.
the only reason is because, one dun believe in oneself.
one made up the other reasons unknowingly.
these made up reasons keep one from goin far.
i realised this thru my yoga class just now.
we were told to do this move where we haf to bend both legs, press our feet against the ground,
place our hand beside our body n leave up our body as high as we can go.
for this move, i've already seen it way before i took up yoga class.
whenever i visit book stall, i will flip thru the yoga books available dere.
and never fail, i'll see this move.
and then never fail, i'll be telling myself
'nah~ i can never do that. its way to difficult.'
and just now, when we were told to do that move, i was stunned.
cos i nv expect myself to be doing that move.
i did as i was told, bend my legs, press my feet against the ground, place my hands beside my body....
but i din want to leave up my body.
i stayed dere.
the teacher came up to me n asked whats wrong.
i told her i dun tink i'm able to do it.
the move is just so not me.
den she asked me haf i ever tried doing it b4.
my ans is No.
so she smile n say
'u haven't try, how do u noe u cant do it. by one look u noe it?! come on, give it a try.'
so i close my eyes, take a deep breathe.
wooo~
my body was up.
i used up almost all my energy.
thou it was not high.
in fact, quite low.
haha.
but atleast i tried n i noe its not sth impossible.
i'm a step nearer to success.
so friends out dere, this is a lesson for all of u.
don't don't don't ever tell urself
'nah~ its impossible.'
'nah~ i can't do it.'
'nah~ no way.'
come on. if u haven't tried, u nv noe.
don't give up easily.
tts the path to success.

talking abt not giving up easily.
sometime, u just need the luck n the chance in order to succeed too.
only by not giving up, can't bring u real far if u lack the chance.
take this example.
my cousin was given this chance to a singing contract.
at first, she din believe in herself.
she told herself dere is no way she can become a outstanding singer.
whenever the person in charge called to asked for an answer,
she would give excuses to drag it on.
but as time pass by.
she made up her mind to sign the contract.
only to realise that the person has give up on her.
she was already veri determined to put in all her best for it.
she was prepared to sacrifice eryting for it.
time, freedom etc.
only to realise the its was over.
dere is no way she can sign the contract den.
but what else can she do other than regretting.
regret not grabbing onto the chance she was once given.
she picked up the phone, gave the person a call.
n tried to persuade him to give her another chance.
to sign the contract.
she was sincere.
her dreams were near.
all she needs, was for the person to atleast consider
and try giving her one more chance.
if only the person would give her that chance once more,
she could have gone further in life than she is now.
well, its all about whether u've tried or not.
tts the path to success.
if u've tried, and u stil cant succeed, probably u'll just haf to tell urself,
try harder next time.
but if u've not tried, dun give up easily.
after all, u won want to regret.
